Refund policy

At Rookie Bowler Association, we are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before making your purchase. 

All Sales Are Final
All items sold by Rookie Bowler Association are non-refundable. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason other than product defects. 

Defective Items
If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within three (3) days of the package delivery date. To report a defect, please email us at asparedime@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A description of the defect
• Clear photos of the defect and the product packaging

Exhange Process
Upon verification of the defect, we will offer an exchange for the same item or a replacement of equal value. Items must be returned unused and in original packaging. We do not issue refunds for defective items - exchanges only. 

Non-Defective Items
All non-defective items are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
